Just a few hundred metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Sapone and with plenty of activities for all ages, Tonnara sits on the edge of the Mediterranean with amazing views over the sea. There are plenty of beaches to explore a little further along the coast and a whole variety of water sports nearby to keep you busy.
The park has a swimming pool, paddling pool and whirlpool, as well as playgrounds and water games for younger guests. There's table tennis, football and volleyball, sports competitions, board games, a TV room and video games. Tonnara also has a restaurant, bar and takeaway, plus organised dances and themed evenings.
Accommodation at the park is well equipped and spacious. We like the Villa, a two bedroom mobile home that has a large balcony, well equipped with garden furniture and a dining table. There is a convertible bed for two in the living area and the open plan kitchenette has everything you need for cooking meals at home.
Sant'Antioco is the fourth largest island in Italy, connected to the mainland across the large lagoon of Santa Caterina. Sant'Antioco old town, just over 20 miles away from Tonnara, is full of ancient remains, like the Christian catacombs and the tophet and necropolis.
