Chateau de Drancourt is a relaxing friendly park in Picardy which is perfect for young families. The park has a wonderful location within the lush meadows of a chateau, just 3 miles from St Valery.
The three swimming pools are fun for the whole family and there is a safe, shallow pool for young children. Other facilities include crazy golf, cycle hire and a range of sporting activities including tennis and volleyball.

A 15th century chateau which is now classed as a historical monument. The chateau has a moat (without water), a drawbridge, towers and turrets. There is a display of methods of torture from the Middle Ages.
Samara - Prehistoric Park and Gardens
Samara is a 30 hectare site which has prehistoric demonstrations and activities. The gardens have life size prehistoric reconstructions. Demonstrations given include flint making, pottery, weaving, wickerwork, mosaic work, stone and wood carving.

An opportunity to see rare and exotic birds plus birds of prey in flight. The guided visit provides an explanation of how rare or endangered the species are.
