Portugal enjoys over 300 days of sunshine each year and has its own distinctive character, great beaches and charming towns. Whether you choose the Algarve or the Atlantic coast, you're sure to fall in love with the country and Lisbon  is a great idea for a city break.

costs caparcia

Costa da Caparcia, near Lisbon

This is a small campsite situated in an ideal location, just south of Lisbon.  There's a small pathway that leads to a sandy beach 300m away and good on-site facilities.  If you prefer not to take the car into Lisbon, you can pay a small fee to park at the riverside and take a boat to reach the city.  Once there you'll discover that the city is built on 7 hills and these are connected by lifts, rack railways and unique old tramlines.   This is a good choice for a relaxing holiday combined with a city break.
