Via Romana

Via Romana in beautiful Corsica is a small and friendly park with a relaxed atmosphere and a good range of family friendly facilities. The park takes its name from the old Roman road which runs past the park and offers a tranquil holiday base with easy access to beautiful beaches and local attractions. We recommend this park to families and couples looking for peace and quiet, good swimming pools and low key activities.

The park has 4 outdoor swimming pools including on for children. The pools are surrounded by sun terraces providing plenty of space for relaxation and sun bathing. Sporting facilities include a full size tennis court, table tennis volley ball and badminton. Beach volley ball is also on offer.  The site boasts a small games room for children, a basic selection of shops including a mini market and a pizzeria and snack bar. There is also a drinks bar with lovely views of the pool.

The park offers a selection of organized tours and excursions but those wishing to explore at their own pace may enjoy a trip to the local town Ghisonaccia where there are a number of shops, bars and cafes as well as some restaurants serving tasty local cuisine. The beach is just 4km away and has sun loungers and a small range of watersports.

Via Romana is a small park with just 54 pitches. Accommodation is in spacious tents which sleep 6 people and have all the mod cons including a fully equipped kitchen with hob and fridge, electric lights and a pleasant outdoor area for barbeques.
