Set on a steep Tuscan hilltop, close to the medieval town of Pistoia, it also offers spectacular views of the countryside that surrounds it.
The park has two lovely pools with a grassed area for sunbathing and a bar and restaurant with a terrace. The pizza and pasta here are so good that even the locals eat here! This is a super base when you want to sample the authentic Tuscan lifestyle - with gems like the cities of Florence and Lucca within easy reach, not to mention Pisa, with its famous leaning tower. Excursions are also arranged by the park in high season.

The surrounding area has much to offer and we can recommend a day out to Parco di Pinocchio, a fantasy based theme park. Pistoia Zoo is also well worth a visit just a few km away from the centre of Pistoia. Children will love the small animals area where they can touch and play with rabbits and other small animals.
