The Adriatic coast is home to several wonderful resorts and is a very beautiful region. Bibione and Jesolo are possibly the most well known of the tourist resorts, are very lively during the summer months when tourists from all over Europe come to spend their holidays in this region. Lido di Jesolo, one of the most famous resorts is located on a 15km long peninsula offering miles of flat, fine, sandy beaches which are perfect for families. In July and August the resort is buzzing and music and other events take place several times a week. There are several holiday parks in The Adriatic including the large and lively Mediterraneo which has a large pool complex and a good range of family friendly facilities. Cavallino is a much smaller park and is a great choice for those with younger children.
